I have been working on more watercolors of horses. I have three at different stages. This one is the closer to finished I have.
I tried to mimic the dust that’s flying around the horse while it is trying to get up using a sponge to apply the color.
I will post the finished version as soon as I am done.

I could never get a handle on water color, but I have done oil a few times had an easier time with it.
Yes, oils are a bit easier but still, they can be tricky depending on the effects you’re trying to achieve. I still use oils occasionally for painting and for the details on my gilding work. Thank you for visiting my blog and for leaving a comment.
